Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has clarified that number of companies incorporated by SECP from July 1, 2005 up till now was 2,481 and out of those 93 were single member companies.

Referring to a news item published in daily Business Recorder, the SECP further clarified that the concept of single member companies was introduced in the year 2002 and up till now 330 single member companies have been incorporated.-PR
